I'm Huyen (Hailey), a project professional with over four years of experience in the tech industry, where I specialized in project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. After working closely with both business and technical teams, I developed a strong desire to deepen my strategic and analytical skill set - which led me to pursue a Master of Information Systems at the University of Melbourne.

Now, I'm focused on bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with growing expertise in business analytics, digital transformation, and IT consulting. I’m passionate about using data and systems thinking to solve real-world problems and deliver value through clear, outcome-driven execution.

Outside of my professional path, I actively contribute to youth mentoring, career development initiatives, and women’s empowerment. I believe in the power of community and purposeful leadership - and I’m committed to building a career that drives both innovation and impact.

• Outstanding Student Award of Class 2022, Foreign Trade University: I became top 1% of graduates to receive this award, for excellent academic results and significant contribution to the student community.
• President of FBA Elite Student Association, Term VII: As a 3rd-year student, I was tasked with guiding a team of 54 ambitious peers toward common goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the smooth operation of our initiatives. During 17 months, we successfully organized 55+ orientation events (sharing, workshop, seminar,...) for over 1000 students across Vietnam to help them better prepare for their future careers. Until now, I keep my active role as an Advisor of the organization to provide support and mentorship.
